evocap Advisory is an independent, owner-managed advisory firm for alternative investment solutions as well as corporate finance projects in the German-speaking region.
We offer suitable investors support on the development and implementation of their private markets strategies and help entrepreneurs and managers of alternative investment funds raising capital identifying potential investors.
The evocap team has many years of experience on the investment and advisory side in the areas of private markets funds, clubs and direct company investments, M&A and strategic asset management.

Andreas Hahn
Managing Partner
Andreas founded evocap Advisory GmbH in May 2024. Since 2023 he is an independent advisor for private markets and corporate finance.
Prior to that he was several years with the multi family office Tresono dedicated to the development and implementation of the private markets activities mainly in buyout, growth, infrastructure and credit strategies but also selected direct company and real estate investments.
Before that he was with the corporate M&A of Haufe Lexware and with LRP Capital, a German investment company focusing on direct investments in the German midmarket as well as international private equity funds.
Andreas started his career in audit and tax advisory and holds a certificate as German tax advisor.
Dieter Merz
Associated Partner
Dieter has been a founding partner of Circle Capital GmbH since March 2024.
Prior to that he was Managing Partner of RENAIO Capital GmbH, an investment manager specializing in renewable energies from 2020 to 2023 where he was responsible for sales, financing solutions and third-party products.
Since 2015 the focus of his advisory services has been on real assets such as infrastructure investments in the areas of hydropower and photovoltaics and, since 2008, on sustainable investment opportunities in other areas.
Dieter has many years of experience as CIO in renowned private banks such as Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe and Merck Finck & Co and many years of experience in setting up and managing multi-asset strategies and selecting investment products.
